I'm a BANT registered naturopathic nutritional therapist and a passionate advocate for evidence-backed therapies to improve health and wellbeing.

I believe that simple changes to your daily diet and lifestyle can have a powerful impact.  When you support your immune system through improved nutrition you can bring your body back to health and vitality.

Good nutrition is at the heart of everything I do and I’m passionate about it.  But there is so much more to optimal health than just what you eat.  How we sleep, how we breathe, how we think and how we perceive the world around us has a huge impact on our overall health and sense of wellbeing.

I work in partnership with my clients to understand their unique health story, creating achievable, personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions to bring about long-lasting change.  Change that will last a lifetime!
