Want to go ahead?  Great!  We'll book a date for your initial consultation and I'll send you a link to download the preparation documents.  This includes a health history questionnaire, a medical symptoms evaluation and a three day diet and lifestyle journal.

On the day, we'll need 90-120 minutes together.  I take a full case history and a timeline of important events that may have contributed to your current health concerns.  Consultations take place either in person here at Wildwood, or online (depending on your preference and/or current social distancing rules).

You'll receive an easy-to-follow written nutritional plan, thoughtfully researched and unique to you and your health priorities.  Targeted nutritional supplements and/or functional testing may be recommended where appropriate. 

(I ask for up to 48 hours after our initial consultation to thoroughly research your individual case - please note that prices reflect these 'behind the scenes' hours).

Book your follow-up appointment, typically 6 weeks after your initial consultation.  I am on hand for advice and support in the interim.

Some circumstances require a more systematic approach, over time.  The following packages are designed with particular health goals in mind.

10 week weight loss package


Initial consultation + 2 follow up sessions + phone support

This package combines nutritional expertise with up-to-date research surrounding the psychology of appetite and unhelpful eating habits.

The result is a well-rounded approach to weight loss that is less 'temporary diet' and more 'life-long healthy eating'.  Your personalised plan will give you clear guidance on what and how to eat, along with practical tips on dealing with unhelpful eating habits and how to tackle common issues that can sabotage your weight loss efforts.

What’s included:

  • 90 minute initial consultation
  • nutritional plan thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs
  • 2 x 45 minute follow-up consultations
  • interim ‘catch up’ phone calls in between sessions

Research shows that weight loss is most successful when there is regular contact between practitioner and client.  This package is purposefully designed so that we check in with each other every two weeks, either in person or by telephone.

12-16 week GUT restoration pROTOCOL


Initial consultation plus 5 x regular check-ins (either in person or by phone)

A properly functioning digestive system is vital to good health.  In Functional Medicine, we use a gut restoration programme called the ‘5Rs’: remove, replace, reinoculate, repair and rebalance.  If you suffer from bloating, stomach pain, IBS, food intolerances or SIBO, this programme can deliver significant improvements.

What's more, problems with the gastro intestinal (GI) tract can underlie chronic health problems that seem unrelated to digestive health (including depression, aching joints, skin complaints and autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis).  Fixing your gut can have a far reaching impact across your whole body.

What’s included:

  • 90-120 minute initial consultation
  • '5R' nutritional plan, thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs
  • 5 x follow-ups at regular intervals for the duration of the protocol (in person or by phone)

The 5R programme requires regular check-ins with your practitioner to closely monitor how your GI tract responds to each new stage of the plan, so that we can adjust our interventions accordingly.
